Front door was extremely hard to open and shut despite being brand new. Signs all over the property say we are allowed to turn the AC down to 70 but within 60 seconds of setting it to 70 it would override and turn back to 72. We tried over 30 times and it wouldn’t allow us to go below 72. At night it was set to 78 and would not go lower than that. It was uncomfortably warm/hot the entire stay. Mattresses are the lowest quality I have ever seen in my life. Ended up sleeping on the couch because I would wake up 30 times during the night from the mattress. Neighbors are packed in and loud so if you want to go to bed before 12am to go hiking in the morning you are out of luck and have to listen to what sounds like 5 separate parties. The walls are really thin. The amenities of the location are all out of service I thought we would have a pool and lazy river only to find out it hasn’t even been built yet. Construction workers start at 7am with very loud banging and even louder mariachi music 3 houses down so don’t plan on sleeping past 7am after you were kept up until 12-1am by the neighbors. Really pricy for a stay less quality than a motel. Will not be returning here.
