The pool heaters were not working the entire time we stayed (4/2-4/5) which resulted in a frigid swim for all kids. The hot tub decided to quit heating Saturday morning and became a cold tub by Saturday night. HOA maintenance was notified on Friday and we saw no one attempting to fix the problem or communicate with our host. These were a high booking point when searching for a place to stay and the main reason we chose this property. My kids were disappointed to say the least. The house was wonderful! We love that everyone in our group was able to have their own king bed and the bathrooms were spacious and stocked with the essentials. The kitchen was well stocked with all things needed to prepare meals, the pantry held many appliances for use, and the gas stove was fantastic! The garage fit my suburban perfectly and the seating in the dining room, kitchen island, and through to the patio was abundant for a large family to gather around for meals. I would recommend the house as long as the pool heaters were working. Ryan was a very responsive host and wonderful to work with.
