The host was great, quick response from the host. Can’t sleep 27 people as described in the listing, we were only 18 people and had to make adjustments, had to use airbed for 2 people, and had to sleep in living rooms with airbed. We couldn’t find the airbed so first night they had to sleep on the couch, which was uncomfortable, so they didn’t get enough sleep and one of them got back-pain.I wish pools were clean before we got there, we could not used the pool and hot tub because they both were dirty and dog poop was in the hot-tub. Pools were our priority to select this property. And, I wish proper instructions were provided on how to operate the pool and hottub so we didn’t have to follow up with the host, which is extra time and work to communicate. I had asked for instructions in advance before we checked in but not received so I thought everything will be fine. I hate to give negative feedback, since host was good and prompt to respond, and I am sure the host will improve these for the next guests.
