This home is located just off of UT 9/State Street in Hurricane.

Parking: This home allows up to 2 cars in the garage. There is no street-level parking permitted. All cars must be in the garage or driveway. Trailers and RVs not permitted without prior written approval.

Standards: All homes have linens & pillows for each bed provided. There should be a minimum of (2) towels for each sleeping space. The home is stocked with basic consumable items such as tissue paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, and dish soap. Additional consumables are the responsibility of the guest.

Room Configurations:
Primary Suite: King bed with en suite.
Guest Room 1: Queen bed.
Guest Room 2: Full bed.

Internet Service provided. Tenant to provide own Netflix/Subscription TV service

PETS: This is a NON pet friendly home! Owners may or may not have had pets in the property. If you have allergies to pets, it is your responsibility to notify us.

This is NO SMOKING property. Fines at a minimum of $350 may be added to any reservation in violation of this rule.

This property is located in a non-resort community. As such, city code and/or HOA bylaws (Home Owner Association) require a 30 day lease agreement. Due to this and property owner occupancies, our calendar may not reflect actual occupancy/availability.
