The DESERT PLAYGROUND is the perfect place for your next vacation, reunion, or sporting weekend. This house is designed for families and groups and boasts 3 master king suites, along with 2 bunk rooms - each with 6 queen beds! Sleeps 30!
PLAY is the name of the game at our home. There is a heated, private pool in the courtyard right off of the kitchen. There are TV’s in every room. The kitchen is fully-stocked for your use with pots, pans, blender, waffle maker, and Keurig coffee maker.

This is a 2 story home. There is 1 master bedroom on the ground floor, and 2 master bedrooms and the 2 bunk rooms on the top floor. There is a living room on both the ground floor and 2nd floor, as well as a game room on the 2nd floor.

You will have access to the entire home, 3 car garage, private patio with pool, and resort amenities (pickleball, lap pool, hot tub, splash park, and grass fields).

The on-site property manager is Southern Utah Luxury. They are available 24 hours a day for any questions or issues you may have.

We are onsite at the Aerie Resort, where there are big green spaces, pickle ball courts, and at the resort swimming pool you’ll find lap lanes, a splash pad, and full-size swimming pool. There is also a clubhouse that is available for use (please reach out to see about reserving it).
1. If the clubhouse key fob or garage door opener is lost, a $100 replacement fee will be charged for each.
2. Smoking and/or vaping is NOT allowed within 25 feet of the property. There is a $500 fine for smoking in or around the premises.
3. Keep the property and all the fixtures, furnishings, and enhancements in good order.
