Asked for an iron, they said they will send it to the room 3 days in a row. They never did. At Nigma restaurant a rude adult staff who talk about politics and my country. Learn them to be silent! The pushy sellers (juice and beauty clinic) aroumd the pool all the time! The very poor quality juices which wasn't other than sugar and colour. The "american coffee" was a disaster served in plastic cups. Cadeau to cleaning and laundry staff and Abdola at Snackbar and the woman who made bread and of course Animation staff.

Great resort ***for the price***. Staff is great and will bend over backwards to make sure you have a great stay. If you decide to stay here, you will enjoy it, and you'll be glad you did, especially when you look at what you didn't spend at a more expensive resort. Also, the immediate area is very walkable and quite pleasant. Easy access to pharmacies, Carrefour, and the usual resort clothing/souvenir shops. That said, maintainance/upkeep is a bit of an issue. "Weardownables" like towels, sheets, the poolside chaise lounge pads...all seem old and in need of replacement. Our biggest issue was the lack of variety at the main restaurants. You can make a reservation at the small restaurant venues in the resort (some have an upcharge) but the two main restaurants pretty much serve the same stuff every day, and it's not particularly tasty. After the first four days, we found ourselves going into Hurghada to other restaurants. Hurghada isnt expensive and it's close by Uber, so this wasn't a huge issue; just saying you're not going to get cruise ship variety and quality here.

Alle.Pools haben grosse Fliesenabplatzungen und die Fliesen liegen auf dem Grund und sind scharfkantig. Zimmer sind verwohnt aber durchaus ok. Badezimmerarmaturen sind furchtbar. Warmes Wasser von 11 bis 17 Uhr abgeschaltet. Aus den Poolliegen stehen Nägel bis zu 2cm heraus. Auflagen sind zu 95% beschädigt. Sonnenschirme abenteuerlich zu bedienen, eingerissen und unansehlich. Zum Essen sage ich hier nichts. Wir haben trotz All-in in 12 Tagen noch 900 Euro für Restaurants ausgegeben. Es war nicht zu gut und immer das gleiche. Hotel: 3 Sterne Zimmer: 6,5 von 10 Essen: 5 von 1 Pool: 3 von 10 All-Inclusive: 4 von 10

Das Zimmer war ordentlich und das Personal freundlich. Es gibt die Grand Mall die am Abend zum Bummeln einlädt und sehr schön beleuchtet ist. Zum Strand in der Nähe eines Hafen gelegen, gelangt man über eine imposante Brücke. Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Die Hotelanlage ist insgesamt bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig und auch die Bettwäsche war teilweise beschädigt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch die weitläufige Anlage mit zahlreichen Angeboten wie verschiedenen Restaurants, Poollandschaften und Bars. Der Strand ist in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Vi bodde bara där en natt. Mem personalen var supertrevlig? Allmänna ytor toppen, men rummet hade behövt en uppgradera. Vore bra med eluttag vid sängen och bekvämare kuddar. Ett extta stort plus däremot för skyltar att ej klappa katten som sov i baren, det var omtänksamt och gulligt.

Im Zimmer sollte Steckdosen geben da wir den Stecker vom Fernseher verwendet haben um unsere Handys aufzuladen Die Atmosphäre war gut im Hotel, essen war gut Zimmer war sauber Personal waren im allgemein Nett, manche Mitarbeiter versuchen die Gäste abzuzocken aber das sieht man im Ganzen Land

La atención, el servicio y limpieza excelente. El resort es muy grande y las instalaciones, piscinas, y restaurantes excelentes. La playa está en el hotel de en frente de la misma cadena por lo que hay que salir del resort y cruzar pero la distancia no es muy grande. En general muy buena impresión.
