When I was booking the hotel I was reading the reviews, a lot commented on it wasn't clean and not good food etc. The hotel although being a bit older than some of the hotels we have stayed in in hurghada, (and that's a quite lot as we lived here 15 years) I have to say it's one of the cleanest hotels we have been in Inc the beach toilets etc, All swimming pools clean, rooms were very clean. The food was excellent, tasty with plenty of choice, and most of the staff were very helpful. The only negative I would say to is make it a bit clearer, what food and drinks were all inclusive, and where you could and could not eat on the all inclusive. Especially the beach restaurant that stops at 3 pm,would be nice both until 5 pm. Otherwise we had a lovely stay and we will definaltely stay again.

Asked for an iron, they said they will send it to the room 3 days in a row. They never did. At Nigma restaurant a rude adult staff who talk about politics and my country. Learn them to be silent! The pushy sellers (juice and beauty clinic) aroumd the pool all the time! The very poor quality juices which wasn't other than sugar and colour. The "american coffee" was a disaster served in plastic cups. Cadeau to cleaning and laundry staff and Abdola at Snackbar and the woman who made bread and of course Animation staff.

Great resort ***for the price***. Staff is great and will bend over backwards to make sure you have a great stay. If you decide to stay here, you will enjoy it, and you'll be glad you did, especially when you look at what you didn't spend at a more expensive resort. Also, the immediate area is very walkable and quite pleasant. Easy access to pharmacies, Carrefour, and the usual resort clothing/souvenir shops. That said, maintainance/upkeep is a bit of an issue. "Weardownables" like towels, sheets, the poolside chaise lounge pads...all seem old and in need of replacement. Our biggest issue was the lack of variety at the main restaurants. You can make a reservation at the small restaurant venues in the resort (some have an upcharge) but the two main restaurants pretty much serve the same stuff every day, and it's not particularly tasty. After the first four days, we found ourselves going into Hurghada to other restaurants. Hurghada isnt expensive and it's close by Uber, so this wasn't a huge issue; just saying you're not going to get cruise ship variety and quality here.

We stayed at the grand resort for a week in all inclusive. The place is absolutely magnificent with a local /oriental architecture. The gardens intertwined with the pools are so relaxing and magical looking especially at night with all the lights. It is rather refreshing to see that, as mauresque architecture is stunning. The Food: Since we had the all inclusive ‘upgraded’ we had the ability to access most restaurants which offered different type of cuisines and we were also glad to try the camel meat in a romantic dinner (around 20€ PP). However the 2 main buffet restaurants mahara and marrakech were really great offering a wide variety of foods, always fresh and delicious. The pools are very clean and well maintained. We always found a couple of lounge beds (in May) when coming at noontime, either some empty or the lifeguard would kindly put some for us. Access to the beach was easy via the resort pedestrian bridge. Staff were very lovely and helpful . Always there to assist with our needs , Chefs and servers really took care of us which felt very pleasant which made our stay very stress free. Housekeeping was spotless and made with extra care and attention to detail, thanks to Mobarak on the on the 5th floor. Overall the hotel is well maintained (new locks for ex) but one thing as the next improvement would be the pillows (in our room), but we were lazy to ask the reception for better ones. Definitely recommend this hotel, and we will for sure visit again!

Pontos Positivos: Coisa de outro mundo, resort lindo em estrutura, funcionários da recepção bem educados e aptos para atender. Comida boa e piscina muito boa também! Pontos Negativos: Uma coisa bem chata são os horários dos restaurantes, acaba que não é All Inclusive, você tem que se adaptar no horário deles. Exemplo chegamos às 23:00 no hotel e não tinha nenhum restaurante aberto, um dos dias acordamos tarde e o café da manhã encerrou às 11:00 então foi bem complicado, o que era pra ser uma viagem de descanso ficamos preso a horários. Não ter um bar molhado também é ruim, toda vez que queria beber tinha que sair da piscina porque não pode entrar com o copo lá!

Alle.Pools haben grosse Fliesenabplatzungen und die Fliesen liegen auf dem Grund und sind scharfkantig. Zimmer sind verwohnt aber durchaus ok. Badezimmerarmaturen sind furchtbar. Warmes Wasser von 11 bis 17 Uhr abgeschaltet. Aus den Poolliegen stehen Nägel bis zu 2cm heraus. Auflagen sind zu 95% beschädigt. Sonnenschirme abenteuerlich zu bedienen, eingerissen und unansehlich. Zum Essen sage ich hier nichts. Wir haben trotz All-in in 12 Tagen noch 900 Euro für Restaurants ausgegeben. Es war nicht zu gut und immer das gleiche. Hotel: 3 Sterne Zimmer: 6,5 von 10 Essen: 5 von 1 Pool: 3 von 10 All-Inclusive: 4 von 10

Das Zimmer war ordentlich und das Personal freundlich. Es gibt die Grand Mall die am Abend zum Bummeln einlädt und sehr schön beleuchtet ist. Zum Strand in der Nähe eines Hafen gelegen, gelangt man über eine imposante Brücke. Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Die Hotelanlage ist insgesamt bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig und auch die Bettwäsche war teilweise beschädigt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch die weitläufige Anlage mit zahlreichen Angeboten wie verschiedenen Restaurants, Poollandschaften und Bars. Der Strand ist in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend.
