The room was very clean with great view to the pool and The Red Sea. Hallways were regularly cleaned everyday . Our room was well equipped to the most needed items. The beds were comfortable. The location was easily accessible to many activities and restaurants. The staff very respectful and responsive to any needs and questions.

When I booked this resort in Hurghada, Egypt, I included breakfast. However, the person in charge of the room refused to honor the breakfast with the excuse that the booking was for a "standard room", even when Expedia stated that the "English Breakfast" was included. I insisted several times, asking them to honor the booking as it was on Expedia, but we had to pay for breakfast. We felt scammed and robbed. So, before booking with this hotel, make sure to be prepared for the "surprises" such as the breakfast not being honored. We decided to stay here because the reservation was not refundable once your stay began. Otherwise, for sure, we would have moved to another place.
