Very nice place to stay for vacation if you like to be close to Sheraton street. The beach which you can go to is great. Also the pool on the rooftop. We felt very safe and welcome.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options. We had a lovely stay at Lilly Apartments. Everything you need for a self contained stay is there. Well equipped kitchen and the bathroom clean with a great shower and plenty of hot water. The beds are comfortable and there is lots of cupboard space.The staff are so friendly and helpful and the check in and check out went smoothly.

People are very friendly and helpful. The street needs a lot of help as its not leveled but you can use stairs in the side though. Pool is not heated year-round. I will recommend this facility if you have a large family that want to stay in an apartment not hotel rooms. The facility has an in unit washing machine.

They charge for beach towels. Shower water pressure was weak. The room was very noisy from the outdoor noise. It wa as if the windows did not exist or opened when they were closed. Check in time was not as promised. The bed was extremely uncomfortable!! Felt every spring while you slept.

Spacious, friendly, clean.. but that's it! This is not a beach nor a sea view location. The roof pool in the picture is minimal at best but the roof set up is very comfortable! Street parking is on an unpaved slope, part of a public street. Otherwise, it is a midtown location with basic access to shopping, etc. We spent one transient night but ended up paying for an extra night due to early morning arrival.

Suitable for families

Le sejour chez Lilly apartments a été conforme a mes attentes et ma priorité. Les appartements 2 chambres sont adaptés pour des familles allant jusqu à 5 personnes. Les serviettes sont changées tous les jours. Le ménage au sol devrait etre plus soigné avant les arrivées. Le personnel est tres aimable et serviable. Localisation centrale dans Hurghada.
