Bad experience

This is a very bad experience. This hotel should be taken off from 4 stars hotel. Staff Are very rude. Dirty and smelly rooms and corridors and the shared toilets. Cockroaches are present inside the room. They are not responding to the land line. After 2 nights I could not sleep I decide to leave the hotel. I have booked somewhere else. Food is so bad no hygiene (taste is awful, no labels or names on the food, you eat without knowing what kind of food you are going to eat. On Thursday a big group has arrived as a consequence, no food has left. Soup is there without any bowels, and no utensils. Staff are not helpful they are always not happy. Water leak from the toilets ( I have seen it in 2 rooms) The room is not cleaned after the previous guests with papers and cups on the floor. Staff in the dinning room split juice in the floor without cleaning it (causes hazards I was going to fell several times) also left not cleaned with more dirt around. There are no toilets available close to the Poole or beach. Toilets are only available at the lobby. Very smelly and dirty. Only one lift (very old) is available to serve over than 300 room at the far end. Where the corridor are very dark, there are no security. I was so scared. The hotel need renovation and new management.
