The food in the buffet was not so great. And if you're not staying 7 nights or more you can't use the additional restaurants. But the staff was wonderful, the grounds were kept clean as well as the rooms.

We had an amazing stay at Caves Resort and would absolutely give it 5 stars. One thing that really stood out was how accommodating the staff were—my mum has an injured leg and was finding it difficult to manage the third floor, and without any hassle they happily moved us to a first-floor room, which made a huge difference to our stay. The food was another highlight. There was a great selection every day, and the variety constantly changed, so we were genuinely spoilt for choice throughout our visit. No two days felt the same when it came to dining. The resort itself is massive, with plenty of areas to relax and sunbathe, so it never felt crowded and you could always find a perfect spot to unwind. On top of that, the staff were very polite and welcoming across the board, which really added to the overall experience. A fantastic stay from start to finish. I will be back

The design of the place is fabulous…the entertainment there is great..food is good..but the best thing about this hotel in my experience was the help of the great gentleman and the professional manager there mr.Maher Noshy for his extraordinary support during our stay…will definitely come back.

Nice hotel with great food selection throughout the day. Lovely pool bar with fresh oven pizzas made in front of you. Theme of hotel is interesting. Main negative is extremely poor WiFi and the hotel tries to make you pay 10€+ to use WiFi in your room. This is simply not good enough for a 5-star all inclusive hotel.

Pleasant hotel staff friendly amenities good .. but the 10:00 - 18:00 loud banging music round the main pool area didn’t go down to well with me or my partner there is however the beach 5 min walk within the hotel complex for a more relaxing mood

Incredibly beautiful hotel with friendly stuff and cool animation team and nice food and drinks:) I am still under impression. I traveled from USA to meet my mom there, we had a great time. I cried and didn't want to return. And there are no kids as well, only adults, so atmosphere is very romantic. I will definitely be back:)))) Thank you guys for the best vacation I've ever had in my life. Will give you 10 stars!!!!
