Everyone doesn’t like dogs like that.

Property condition was clean and neat but the rooms are way to pet friendly. My room smelled like a large dog, my floor was a little in one area maybe from dog urine, an I was itching like crazy. They should offer rooms that are pet-free due to allergies.

Didn’t realize this is more like an apartment. After hours too have to call someone to come to the front desk. Used the laundry serivxe and someone had both dryers with clothes that had been there for awhile and emptied out.

I didn’t see a single bug in or outside. It smells amazing in the rooms. The quality of the rooms was fantastic. Cleanliness 10/10 (No Notes) No trash in or around the property. The staff was super friendly. my dog felt safe I felt safe. I had to take my dog out to use it at 2am and I felt very safe walking around.

We have stayed at this location 8 times since it opened last year. Most of our visits have been for over 10 days at a time. We have always brought along our dogs. This time when we booked for a short 3 day stay, we were told by the new manager, Mike that he was canceling my reservation because we had 3 dogs. I told him that I could pay for all three, and that it never was a problem in the past. He called me a liar, and said he hardly believed that I had stayed there with 3 dogs before. He then let me know that its the customers responsibility to read all the pet policies before making a reservation. He also very rudely asked what I was going to do with the third dog. And then he told me that he was canceling my room. I asked him if he knew where we could stay after driving 10 hours to the hotel, and he said no. He then said he was charging me for 1 night stay because I didn't cancel earlier. Why would I cancel a reservation that should have been completed through no fault of my own? We called Expedia and opened a complaint against him and the hotel. I would not recommend this as a good place to stay, with or without pets. The new man is rude, and not one to put at the desk with the customers. We have grounds for a lawsuit for defamation of character, when we have the proof of what we told him. Beware! Do not go to this chain hotel in Madison AL.

Location was off the beaten path. A oasis for the working man. Very quiet. Mainly gas station food nearby. Bring own food to cook in. Nothing fancy. No pool, no breakfast. Clean & comfy & roomy

Not much to do in the immediate location. However, 10mins away is the Toyota stadium and Walmart and others activities. It’s 18mins away from Huntsville and MidCity and about 6-8minutes away from the airport. If you want to be in a location away from a lot of activity. This is the place to be. The pictures are a true representative of the suite

I had a great stay with my family in the area. The facilities are basically brand new and very clean. It was a breath of fresh air staying here. Will do it again in the future when I come back!
