The home was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed the layout of the house. We also liked the location as it was very close to everything that we needed. The host was really amazing. If I texted she responded back promptly. She was very cooperate to our needs. Would definitely stay at this place again. The only side notes I have are as follow.1. We hoped the pool was ready for our stay.2. The grass needed cutting.3. We were confused with towels the first day. All the extra towels were still in the dryer.4. The ac unit wouldn't let you keep it at the level you personally wanted. After sometime would pace you would have to adjust it again. But other than that we enjoyed our stay

We reserved this because of two things that were highlighted in the listing. The pool and garage parking. The pool was an unusable mess and the garage door didn't work. The code to get in didn't work. We were then given an incorrect code to the lockbox. We waited nearly 30 minutes from when we arrived until we could actually get in. There was one roll of toilet paper for 8 people, 4 forks in the "fully stocked kitchen" and no can opener.The pool and the garage door were reported to the property manager. The response amounted to "Oh, sorry". So more or less they just said too bad, sucks to be you. No type of reimbursement was offered from the property management. The location is convenient to many things, but that and good water pressure are the only positives I can give. Certainly not the chocolate brown oven from the 80s that the door wouldn't stay closed on or the one remote for the tvs that had to be shuttled back and forth between the upstairs and downstairs to watch TV. Which we did alot of because we couldn't use the pool.Crappy place. Do not recommend.
