Found illegal drugs in my room hidden behind the wall mounted hair dryer. The breakfast was terrible, cold coffee, no fruit, only cold cereal, a few slices of white bread and they turned on the waffle maker.

My reservation was lost. Then they told me I could book another room but it was going to be $40 more than the price I reserved it at. The lady at the front desk had no customer service skills at all. Will never attempt to to stay at hotel again.

The girl at the front desk when we checked in was dressed sooo unprofessionally. She had a midrif shirt, sweat pants sitting low that showed her thong hanging out, talking on the phone with old food containers sitting on the counter. Im embarrassed for you all if this is who you want to represent your brand for check in. Under the toliet lid was dirty on the rim of the toilet sink and the air conditioner was loud as a freight train when running. Three positives were the room was big and it was nice to have the extra seating area. The price was good and the beds werent terrible.

Room was dirty. Had mysterious stains and the toilet was constantly running water. I had my door knocked on at MIDNIGHT to ask for a cable box in my room for another guest! Completely unacceptable. Front desk was rude and not helpful. When I went to check out I somehow wasn't in the system yet I checked in the day before? 0/10 do not recommend, take your money elsewhere.

The room was pieced together with old furniture from somewhere. There were cigarettes holes on the comforter and sofa. The toilet seat did not fit the shape of the toilet. We had clothes to swim but the pool had no water. The mattress was the worse! It was sunken in at the center and we woke up with back pain. It was horrible!! Breakfast was cereal and a waffle maker.

Front desk lady’s were nice when we did see them but they never answer the phone. Was there three days didn’t get housekeeping once. There was a frozen roach in our freezer. The center table was chewed up and there was a smell of dog urine in that area. The toilets look dirty. Fire alarm went off several times waking us up. The pool is drained out.

First and last time making reservations at this Quality Suites. My older son and I stayed at Quality Suites in Huntsville, TX for the SHSU Family weekend to visit my younger college kid. I had 2 queen bed reservations to check in on Friday to check out on Sunday. The key room was not working on Friday night not once but twice. So I was moved to another room with the wrong bed. I was ready to check out but I was threatened by a manager over the phone for fees I was not willing to pay for someone else’s lack of planning. Saturday afternoon the room key was not working on the 3rd room that I was moved to. While resting on the Saturday afternoon, a male employee came in trying to take the TV. I didn't request anyone to come into the room and take the TV. It was a terrible experience one after another. The pool was empty and dirty. No wonder not many people stayed in this location.

Don’t stay here

The room had bugs, the ac unit kept shutting off. From the outside you can see all the windows where the curtains are falling off the wall. The pictures are very old this place was very poor.

I stayed here this past Saturday night, and unfortunately, the experience was very inconvenient. I had to be moved to three different rooms by staff because of multiple issues — one room had no air conditioning, another had no working TV, and the last one I ended up in had no hot water. The exterior of the property was also in poor condition, with construction going on, grass torn up, and nails scattered across the parking lot. To top it off, there was a bug in the bathtub when I went to shower. Overall, this stay was far below expectations. I would not recommend this location until major improvements are made to both the rooms and the grounds.

Property was nothing like the pictures. The outside was very run down. You could see curtains actually falling off rods from outside windows. The room carpet wasn’t clean and there were old candy wrappers under the bed. The a/c kept cycling all night. Definitely not what we expected.

I can not believe a reputable company like Expedia would even have this property on its website. Driving up it looked abandoned the building was filled with mold on the outside and the room was old and had cockroaches. I specifically wanted a hot breakfast and a pool which they had none. It was my car and the front desk clerk car in the parking lots all night. The place is abandoned. The elevator did not even have a safety inspection. Nothing like the website showed. The beds were old and the room was creepy as the empty halls. I need a refund. I had my granddaughters with me and that was so embarrassing. Horrible experience for us!!

I am beyond disappointed with our experience at this hotel. We had booked two rooms, and both were absolutely unacceptable. From the moment we walked in, it was clear the place was nothing like what was advertised. The bedding in both rooms had visible stains on the pillows and sheets, which was disgusting and completely unsanitary. To make things worse, several of the lamps didn’t work, leaving the rooms dim and feeling neglected. The staff was unfriendly and completely unhelpful. When it was time to check out, we couldn’t even find anyone at the front desk. We waited and searched around with no one in sight — it was like the place was just running itself with no accountability. And then there was the pool, which was an absolute disgrace. It was filthy, poorly maintained, and looked more like a swamp than something a guest should feel safe using. It was clear no one had taken the time to clean or care for it in a long time. The most frustrating part of all this is that the pictures online were incredibly deceiving. They showed clean, modern rooms and a sparkling pool — a complete misrepresentation of the actual conditions. This was a major letdown, and I would never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a waste of money and a terrible experience from start to finish.

The first room the tv didn't work. Everything was unplugged, after I plugged everything in, it still would not work. We were moved to 2 more rooms before getting a working tv and even then they let us borrow their parlor tv remote. Hotels with no working tv in the rooms? Swimming pool was empty and full of trash. Rooms were clean. We had the distinction of being the only visitors in a three story hotel. Will not return.
