Very clean hotel & room. Everything was new & updated. Heated pool & hot tub. Clean breakfast area. Plenty of towels. We had no complaints & will definitely stay here again.
Upon check-in the desk clerk demanded a $100 deposit. The charge would hit my credit card immediately, but I would have to wait five to eight days to get it back. The desk clerk was surley. I called the manager a couple of days later, and she was very unprofessional and sarcastic. I wrote Wyndam, the parent company, and got the run around. I will never stay at a Wyndam owned hotel again.
Me and my wife went to Huntsville Alabama for our honeymoon and we booked through Hotels.com at the Laquinta Inn. We stayed 2 nights and paid over $150 a night, which was pricey for us but it was our honeymoon. We paid extra to have a room with a jacuzzi. The 2nd day we filled the water up in the jacuzzi and got in as it was filling up. It was about halfway full when my wife noticed a couple pieces of what appeared to be pieces of skin. We turned the jets off and that's when we saw a couple dozen of those pieces that apparently came out of the jets all in the jacuzzi. We got out fast and drained the water. Most went down the drain but several pieces were left in the jacuzzi floor. The next day i woke up with a red rash on my back and arm I took pictures and when we were about to check out i asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to employee "David" and he told me a manager is not there but he can log my complaint. I messaged Hotels.com after we left and they went to great lengths to not refund our money. I will leave this review on Google and every other format until it is made right

We had a jacuzzi in our room so we were really excited to enjoy that. We ended up getting in it and filled it up. We had the jets going and the water filling when my wife noticed 2 square pieces of what looked to be someone's skin on my arm. We turned the jets off and that's when we saw a couple dozen of these pieces in the water. She totally freaked out and we got out and dried off. We let the water out and some of the pieces went down the drain but several were still in the tub. We took pictures and the next day i went to the front desk to speak with a manager. We also took pics of my back, where a rash had broken out over night. An employee named "David" told me a manager wasn't there but he could document my complaint and someone would reach out to me. Instead of waiting for this we messaged with a live agent from Hotel.com. Long story short i messaged for 2 hours with the agent and i sent him all of the pics. We got the run around as they tried every way to not fully compensate us. I would suggest looking in to other company's that book rooms. If you're reading this, then they still haven't made it right
The room and stay was nice. Though we booked here for the hot tub and it wasnt warm 😞 we were also contacted by front desk and asked if things were ok because she heard things dropping. We had only been back in our room for 5 minutes after getting something to eat. So we were a little off put and confused by that. Only idea we had would maybe be our pet that dropped a plastic chew toy from the bed a minute before. Which was another reason we stayed and another plus the pet fee was very reasonable.
There was a moldy smell and roaches in the bathtub...

The staff should inspect the rooms more closely. My room, 219, had a lamp shade that was broken and taped up. The clothing rack was broken. I informed Harry at the Check-in-counter upon discovery within less than an hour of my arrival. The Jacuzzi was not working. I should receive some type of refund back .
Front desk clerk wasn’t friendly. The room smelled horrible. Couldn’t rest or sleep for the partying next door all night and the next day. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Overall terrible stay.
Just add a hundred dollars to your stay because a hundred dollar deposit is needed to check in and they don’t take cash.. This isn’t the Waldorf.. Everything else was fine. I won’t be staying there again .
