When I checked in, the hotel was overrun by a 200 + Roudy biker gang. The check in staff apologized about the noise and stated that the women with the biker gang are there for pleasure and questioned as to why I did not know about the biker gang was staying at the hotel. Concerning food on the premises she suggested either door dash in the room or go somewhere else. The reason that I picked this place is because it is directly next to the space camp for my 14-year-old son. We felt unsafe, made complaints about the 1am noise, drug use and the blaring music in the pool, near our room. I will never recommend or stay at this place again. I should have been offered to stay at a different location without a financial penalty.

Some employees were very helpful others were not so friendly. The rooms were clean but they provided a false advertisement of what the room would look like. I reserved rooms for King beds with couches neither room had a couch. Overall it’s was a regular hotel but we won’t be coming back Marriott prefe Hilton just thought I’d give this company a try.

The Restaurant food quality and service was poor. The medium-rare burger was well done and burned on its surface. The chicken nuggets were steaming hot when brought to the table unable to eat for 5-10 minutes. No catsup was served with the fries on the chicken nugget platter.
