1st, I felt like because I booked on Expedia and got discounted rate, I also got a discounted room. I was given a room that nobody probably ever stayed in. It least thats how it felt. It was very dusty and full of cobwebs so it felt dirty. Even though this is a waterftont hotel, this property is also near waste sanitation plant. So, the hotel can smell like poop at any given moment. It's not the hotels fault but guests aren't at fault either. Hotel should give/comp guests on those days when that smell is on steroids. Imagine checking in a hotel that smells like poop and everyone working there acting as if the smell is all in your mind. Shame on hotel for trying to act as if there was nothing wrong with that smell.

The staff was great. The room was ok. The bathroom is tiny. The biggest problem was the horrible sewer smell. We were told it was from the water reclamation plant next to the hotel. Unfortunately, we came in late and did not want to try to find another room. Otherwise, we would not have stayed at all. Be very wary of this one!

The smell of sewage odor / methane gas was so bad upon checkin. Bad enough we got headaches and was burning our eyes. Called the fire department to check the odor / gas levels. Was told that’s normal for the area with the water treatment plant next door. Requested a refund no word on that yet. Then the auto texts from the hotel asking how things were text me again at 6am. We had a terrible experience last night. To be fair this morning there was zero odor.

We had a nice room. Bed was comfortable and like the set up of the room. Carpet needs pulled up it was older with stains. Front area where you sit outside with fire pit looked rough. Cushions missing and not kepted up. Would not have been able to sit out there. We would stay again.

Dog hair everywhere

It took 3 times of back and forth to the front desk to finally get the room we booked. By the time we finally got the correct style room we noticed that it was covered in long white dog hair, by this time we were so tired of going back and forth to the front desk that we just decided to deal with it. We had to be up and back on the road at 3:30am so we really just wanted to sleep, that wasnt possible. The fitted sheet was too small for the mattress and kept popping off and the upstairs guest decided to move furniture around all night long. This was honestly the worst stay I've ever experienced.

Very disappointed in my stay at the Hilton Suites. I was there for 5 days. My room was only cleaned once. I had to go downstairs for clean towels and coffee. Bathroom door didn’t close. Had an abundance of dirty towels that no one picked up. Hilton has such a great reputation and this was the worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed at!
Bed after 4 days, wasn’t changed. Checked in Thursday was not changed until Sunday. And then I had to ask to have the room cleaned.

Good hotel.

Good place to stay, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was decent, you eat in the lobby, which made things busy. No one on attendance at 10 when we went to check out, so had to just leave the key. Overall the hotel was a decent place to stay for a good price.

Only 2 cons otherwise perfect

We were PLEASANTLY surprised at the cleanliness and space of our room. The AC didnt let us down at all either! The 2 CONS I had was the window screen (electric) didnt work and it made it difficult to enjoy the veiw amd there were no extra pillows or blankets amd we never got in contact with front desk.

We were very disappointed in our stay, due to cleanliness of the hotel. The sheets would not stay in the bed, I had to keep getting up to put them back on thru the night. The pull out couch was very dirty. There was a dog ball under the bed, dog food in the floor. The corners of the dresser had food and the dust was so thick. The furniture and lampshades were dirty. Dog poop on the baseboard. And look at the shower railing... unsanitary! I'm not sure the elevator floor was ever cleaned. I always pay more for the best and this was such a disappointment. Almost $200 and bot worth it at all. Breakfast was a joke. They had NO juice as they had been waiting on their truck for some time. Only fruit was old bananas, The person working the breakfast section was very nice.
