The room was very clean and the staff was friendly! My only complaint is that there was no soap in the bathroom and no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in the shower. I went to the front desk to ask for shampoo and conditioner, but was only given shampoo. No big deal, but it would have been nice if it was already in the bathroom upon arrival

I was charged twice for my stay and they say it will take up to 21 days for my refund, which is absolutely unacceptable. We didn't have hot water for the entire weekend. The Manager at the front said he would contact his manager to see if he could do anything. Took down my email and I still have nothing from them. Extremely unprofessional.

Pleasant stay

Room was clean and comfortable. Temperature was a bit hot when we first walked in. Think the temp was set at about 75 but we lowered it to a more comfortable setting and went to dinner to let it cool down. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Checked in late after a long day front desk staff was great and nice checking us in. The hotel and room was clean and comfortable. Suite was nice size. Great place to stay for price close to several restaurants and stores. Will stay again when in Huntsville from Michigan for our son who is at Alabama AMU. I flaw the shower water needed to be hotter was warm/cool. But great stay!

I selected this hotel because i was intown fir college move-in, and would be needing washer/dryer access. Description and pics for the room type eluded to there being a washer/dryer in a double room, which there isnt one. I inquired upon checkin, but i guess clean rms had not yet been updated, so i was checked in to what i reserved. Ok. Ill use the guest laundry facilities. Washing machines worked fine. HOWEVER, only one dryer was in service. I know this is a new property, but ut appears that they are a bit short-staffed. I had to use the restroom upon checking in. Toilet paper was on the floor, and remnants of a 'present' left behind a heavy duty skid mark inside the bowl......i glanced on friday, still there......Saturday morning....it was STILL there. No one gave the public restroom any attention the whole time. I asked for a roll of toilet paper as the dispenser was out. Apparently, staff went in behind me with the key to put the paper on the dispenser, but those same squares of toilet paper and fossilized skidmark was just hanging out with no worries. Ive worked in hospitality for about 20 years. Have your houseman to walk the property to pick up trash once guest clear out; morning laundry person could tidy it up the restroom at the beginning or end of their shift.
