Lol... Every issue we had starting from bug concerns to needing the laundry room... Everything was apparently under renovation. But there was zero signs of renovation anywhere. This is just something they say to brush your concerns under the already existing filth. This was apparently 'family friendly' but I must ask if this chair picture appears to be family friendly. Absolutely repulsive!!!!!!!

Room was not cleaned very well. Someones clothes were in the closet, the sink in the bath room filled up and drained real slow even without the stopper that should jave been in the sink. The toilet seat was only attached on one side and one had to be real careful he/ing on and off. No hot water. Only 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel in the room. Front desk did not have any more to give us. Probably should not rate it above so so.

We have stayed at this hotel the past four years and it was great. This year when we asked about the vending machines, the gels person on duty said there is a Circle K right across the street if you want a soda. There are no vending machines. The sheets were not dingy looking so we sprayed with Lysol. Water was dripping from sink in bathroom the entire time. Stopper for tub did not work. Door did not fully seal when closed. Sofa bed was filthy. We had to ask for linen. Not already provided. We had to ask for additional towels. Got two and were told the rest were being washed. Day one of breakfast was good. Day two must have been left overs. When asked if we could pay by cash and not leave amount on card we were told that cash was no longer accepted because they had been robbed two years ago. So next year we will be staying at a different place and no longer a Comfort Inn.

I booked 5 nights for my family to stay while in town for an athletic event. I must say that I have never seen such an unsanitary environment in a hotel. First, the carpet was horribly stained, there were blood stains on the shower curtain and hairs stuck to the shower wall, the room had an odor, the room keys had to be reprogrammed numerous times, the pool was out of order (in June! ). I’ve never left a bad review for a hotel! The breakfast was surprisingly good!

When towels or tissue or room items were needed I had to go to front desk. Staff was not at front desk majority of the time, was told to ring the bell and wait for service. Other staff employees were wondering in and out of rooms located next to my room

First and foremost, when my wife and I arrived, we were met with an unsafe and unsanitary room #405. Getting off the elevator, it seems like the floor reeked of dead mice or some bodily fluid. Entering the room, the couch was so soiled with black stains that my wife and I literally exited the room and went to the front desk immediately. While there at the desk, a couple and their kids were placed in rooms, and they had to return to the front desk because the rooms were already occupied! At this point, I feared for my safety for my wife and I. When my wife and I entered the room, (Room 309) the room was NOT CLEAN at all. The couch was soiled and the couch had a diaper of some sort in between the seats. Also, the shower faucet was loose. I have excessive pictures to prove my case! Furthermore, no one at the hotel had name badges on nor did they have Comfort Inn clothing on as well. There were random/ friends behind the front desk and were very unprofessional. The manager was not helpful at all because every time my wife and I tried to call, she was "busy" and did not want to connect on the phone. For my wife and I safety, we WILL NOT be returning to this hotel because it seems like this is a "hangout spot" for random people with no professional bandwidth. I will be escalating this up corporate. 6224 TOROK CIRCLE NORTHWEST, HUNTSVILLE, AL is the exact location, Be careful in this hotel!

Had 4 adults and 2 rooms. One room had no soap or toilet paper and the toilet leaked. Second room AC fan sounded like a jet engine, entry light burned out, hair dryer did not work. Not that it mattered to us but the pool was out of order. Ice machine broke. Breakfast buffet was wiped out by early people going to work and no one was available to replenish it.

The kitchen staff was amazing. But front desk came off as rude when she said they couldn't accommodate us because they had no way of getting in touch with me. My room was double booked for the entire stay. I was there for my father's medical procure which was booked back in Feb, then when we arrived they told us they didnt have room for us. They found a room and put us in a bad room that was probably down but still used it. The toliet was not attached to the floor, the white towels were stained with black marks like tar. The walls weren't clean one wall had what it looked like blood. The ac unit had a short in the plug wire so we had to move it around some to get it to turn on to get cool air in the room. The ac also had a small leak inside the room and there was also mold growing there where the carpet was all wet. The remote to the TV did not work at all. I booked that hotel because they had a pool but when we went down to swim, it was being used as a storage facility. That place needs a deep inspection. The staff was not in uniform, you never knew if the people standing around were employees or people waiting to be waited on. No name tags or no greeting at the door. I do not recommend this place. Choice needs to send eyes to that place quickly.

The only reason that this is not a one is that the staff seemed to be friendly when I spoke to them. Other than this, it was an unpleasant experience. There was a foul odor in the hallway the day we got in (Thursday 3/26/26.) It smelled like staleness mixed with mildew. I did notice that the A/C unit at the far end of our hallway on the second floor was unplugged, so that may have contributed to it. The room was obviously worn down with stains on the carpet, a constantly dripping sink in the bathroom, a bathroom door that would not lock, a small gap at the base of the door, a loose tub faucet, etc... Our door keys deactivated several times throughout the 3 day stay. On Saturday we saw that there was a new sign posted to the outside of the building stating that there was a tax lien on the building. This worried my youngest child, thinking that we were going to come back to the hotel to have all of our stuff gone. Lastly, not the fault of the hotel, but about 30 minutes before I checked out there was a power flash. The elevator doors opened and let us in, but the elevator would not move. We had to carry all of our stuff down the stairs (including my 2 bowling bags full of bowling balls.)

while staff was friendly, they are limited with supplies on hand...our rooms had no wash clothes, blankets, tv didn't work (could turn on, no remote, given one but wouldn't interface), dated bathroom (caulking coming loose around tub)...unable to get a printed receipt (had to wait for corporate to approve ink, what we were told)...elevator was missing button (to be able to open door for friends to get on), and would not show what floor you would stop at. Guess you get what you pay for.

Parking was easy and secure. Rooms were clean and very nice. The staff was nice, the lady at front desk when i checked in was very good, nice and helpful. The guy at front desk when i checked out on sunday morning was slow and didnt seem too sure of what he was doing. A couple of people in line got tired of waiting just dropped key card on counter and said they were checking out. As for the rooms, there was no hot water, just warm, no cups for drinking, no wash cloths. Had to use hand towels for wash cloths. Only working ice machine was on 1st floor, the ones on 2,3, & 4 had out of order signs on them.

This location was extremely disappointing. Staff was kind but untrained and were not dressed professionally. Check-in took 15-20 minutes because staff was untrained and had no support. The lobby, dining area, elevators, and hallways are aged, dingy, dirty and damaged. My room looked like someone had recently booked it and not fully restocked. I didn’t have any of the basic toiletries like soap nor did I have more than 1 rag. The sofa in my room was dingy and stained. The room smelled moldy. There was barely any tissue on the roll and no replacement. There were sketchy looking people hanging outside at front door and going in/out lobby area. The pictures online are either doctored up or were taken decades ago. This is the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had and I will never stay again nor recommend it to anyone unless they do a major rehaul from staff to decor. I wanted a refund to go stay elsewhere honestly. Lots of shops nearby for food and shopping.

No soap in the room, half a role of toilet paper, not given enough towels and washcloths (4 people in the room) they gave us 2 sets, holes in the floor, we had to keep getting our key reprogrammed. Most of the Staff was not friendly or courteous. They tried to give me room where they had the leg of the bed propped up on small pieces of plywood. The blinds didn’t stay open for natural light we had to use something to hold them open. Many water stains in lamps and walls. Ac unit propped up and falling apart. It could be satisfactory if some love was put into it. But for now it’s a never AGAIN!

They never came to clean my room i paid damn near 200 for the room juss for my TV not to work nobody was ever at the front desk finally when someone did come she said someone was going to come look at it never did then I told the night shift older guy he said he was going to look at he never showed up they didn't have no face rags like it was terrible if I could give it a 0 I would like y'all need to either train again and remodel them cause that is just horrible
