Overall a good stay. Hotel had some renovations going on so the carpets were dusty on the hallway but rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was great!

The staff was fantastic. My room, however smelled like old cigarette smoke. Everything seemed clean but the smell was overwhelming. I noticed it didn’t smell like that in the other areas of the building. I used Lysol on all the soft surfaces and on some of the hard surfaces. It helped for a little while.

Lobby looks good. Room needed repairs

Breakfast was good, beds were good. Air conditioner made funny noises all night. Ceiling had water damage showing and hanging Ceiling tape. Hall ceilings had same problem.

Everything was extremely clean, the pool and the hot tub were attended to daily and clear and clean. The staff was phenomenal, extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good and I couldn’t complain. It seemed very safe. I didn’t hear any noises in the hallways or outside. I didn’t feel unsafe, and the doors were locked at night, he had to use your key to get in the side doors, which was very nice and safe. They worked with me. I almost made a change and canceled some of our nights and Misty. The manager was extremely phenomenal. The housekeeping staff was also really helpful and kind and understood for the most part what I was saying, which is huge. The surrounding area had so much to do within 10 minutes distance. The malls were phenomenal and I would go here again and stay and recommend any and everyone as the prices were really really decent and worth it. ❤️🙏

I love everything and everyone at this hotel. Kudos to desk staff Vin and late nite staff! Wish they could expand shuttle hours but kniw it's difficult with staffing. Too bad no hard alcohol served in bar, but restaurant is beautiful and good! I wished I was able to stay extra day to enjoy the super clean pool area! I will always stay at this hotel passing through Huntsville! Extra days will be planned for sure. P.S Love the coffee machine at front desk. Yes, this is a raving review!
