The hotel smelled amazing as soon as we walked into the lobby, and check-in was quick and easy with a friendly employee assisting us. The property has three floors, and we stayed on the third. The only downside was the elevator—it felt like it took forever to arrive, so we ended up using the stairs most of the time. We had a King Suite, which was spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated. I especially loved the full-length mirror in the room and the fantastic lighting around the bathroom mirror—it made getting ready so much easier. The water pressure could have been stronger, and the bed was a bit firm for my taste, but overall, this was a great stay. I’d definitely stay here again!

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. In general, the room was comfortable. However, the ceiling in our bathroom had a significant leak, so my daughter and I had to move to another room at 3am. I’m aware that issues will arise, but there were no concessions made for this inconvenience.

The first room we checked into had a horrible smell, but the front desk attendant was very courteous and moved us to another room just down the hall. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was "ok." Not a fan of the eggs, and there weren't a whole lot of choices, but it served its purpose.
