Spacious 4-bedroom 2-bath house with awesome river views. Perfect for larger groups & offers plenty of space. Walk right out of the back deck down to the water & fish, swim, or just sit & relax & enjoy the views. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have views of the river. The primary bedroom has a patio door leading right out to the deck. Shared dock next door w/ red roof. 15 mins to Rogersville (grocery, dinning & beverage stores, 40 to Florence, 30 mins to Athens. Open kitchen with fantastic views of the river! Full house House is on a dead-end street. There is a shared dock (right of back of house with red roof). Please do not touch the lift or equipment parked at the dock. This will result in automatic cancelation of your reservation.

Bed Bugs

I reached out to VRBO support and the host and never heard anything back regarding the bed bugs in one of the bedrooms. Pictures were sent to VRBO support and still nothing. We had to go buy blow up matresses. The master bedroom I did not even touch the bed. Also the location of this was awful. Driving up to the location is horrible. The outside appearance of the rental is terrible, seems it was some type of container turned into a rental space, however the inside besides the bed bugs was really nice. The host does not respond. I would not recommend this location to anyone!

Awesome place

Very clean, very comfortable beds, great communications w/host. Kind of in the middle of nowhere, but that adds to the charm!
