Potential to Be a 5-Star Property, but Cleanliness Needs Improvement The property has many of the elements needed to be a five-star stay, and the location was convenient with good access to downtown. However, the overall cleanliness and attention to detail did not meet the standard I would expect for a five-star rating. The floors did not appear to have been properly cleaned, as I could see dirt on my feet after walking around the property. Several kitchen plates and bowls still had the original store stickers on them, which made me question whether they had been thoroughly washed before being placed for guest use. The kitchen drawers were also filled with Walmart grocery bags, which gave the space a cluttered and unfinished appearance. In the bathroom, towels were simply placed underneath the sink, and it was difficult to tell whether they were clean and intended for guest use. I had the same concern with the kitchen towels. The property itself has a lot of potential, and the location worked well for accessing downtown. With better housekeeping, organization, and attention to the small details that guests notice, this could easily become a five-star experience.
