The staff was amazing. They were so nice and helpful. The building just needs some work. The water took a good five minutes to get hot and there’s parts of the ceiling falling in the hallways.

The Thanksgiving Day our room wasnt cleaned and no breakfast was served besides pastries. The next day our room was poorly cleaned. Bed wasnt made well and we found tissue in the bed. The day we stayed that night our comforter had stains of food. We only slept under the sheet. The air system did not make the room comfortable. The air was dry which made it hard to sleep.

I normally don't take the time to review my hotel stays but in this case we expected more for the price of the room. Room was not clean. I have stayed at hundreds of lower cost hotels that were cleaner. Shower door would not stay closed. To keep it closed I stuck an empty, folded soap box under the front coaster. Dresser door would not stay closed and you had to walk around it. In low light it is a safety issue. The window screen was half way falling out of the window sill and could hit someone on the street below if wind caught it. The room phone didn't work so we couldn't call the front desk. We had to go to the front desk to ask for our vehicle. The phone not working is a serious safety issue. I have experienced a hotel fire and without a phone it could be a deadly issue. The dirty room service dishes and trays sitting at the elevator on our floor when we checked were still there when we checked out the next day. For the money this hotel is a rip off.
