For me, it was a good hotel, low price, older building. I did not care if it had pool or other things. I just wanted a clean room, on the first floor.

If it wasn’t for the fact I had no where else go stay I wouldn’t stay here period. Staff is awful and I was charged multiple times for the same thing it’s stupid.

The write up said there was WiFi but that wasn’t the case. They later claimed it was out due to bad weather, but weather was fine. The room, although clean, was very damp because of humidity and air conditioning. The room smoke detector was laying on a table not installed or working. Also, there were lots of construction people around taking up parking spots adjacent to our room. Room next to us had someone sitting outside his door smoking which in turn drifted into our room.

I stayed at the Days Inn in Huntington, WV while in town for work and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and professional, and the location was convenient to everything I needed. A great choice for a simple, comfortable stay I’d be happy to return
