1200 PCH #125

The unit was great with partial ocean view from patio. Furniture all clean and comfortable. Our host, Hani, communicated quickly and accommodated all our needs. This was our 4th year at 1200 PCH (different units) and love the safe neighborhood and easy walk to Downtown Huntington. Fireworks visable from pool area on 4th of July. We are planning to go back next summer.

Great location!

We spent 6 weeks in Hani's condo directly across the street from the beach and a 10 minute walk from both downtown and the dog beach. Super location, with a great sunset view from the patio ! Hani was a great host - extremely accommodating - and the apartment was very comfortable. We had a great stay!

Amazing proximity to the Beach/Surf

We booked Hani’s apartment for its proximity to the beach, and the beach was as close as you could get— 5min walk across the PCH to the beach; I had a great time surfing in the mornings. The apartment itself was quite spacious, and came with a desk and chair suited for remote work. There’s a 4K Smart TV with Netflix, etc if you have accounts. There’s dedicated parking downstairs in the garage which is easy to use. The location was quite great— 10-15min walk to Main St. where all the restaurants/surf shops in Huntington are; would recommend 602 Coffee House for coffee, açaí bowls and bagels. Hani was a great host and very accommodating to our requests. All in all, would highly recommend!

Great Vacation!!!

The view from the balcony was great. I watched boats, windsurfers and viewed Catalina with a cup of coffee in the morning and enjoyed a glass of wine with sunsets in the evening. The property had everything needed for the almost 5 weeks we spent there. The property was very safe and the neighborhood was great for walking our small dog. Highly recommended 🏄‍♂️
