We were actually STALKED at this horrible place that always smells horrible and who’s long-term residents are actually allowed to FEED THE FERAL CATS !!! the manager was a useless idiot who attempted to gain entry to Our room by asking if he could “come in and take a look around” because “that’s what they ‘do’ for their ‘long-term’ residents (We were only there for two weeks)”. All in all We had a HORRIBLE time there and were HAPPY TO CHECK-OUT !!!

This is a genuine review. My husband and I paid $400 for a "suite" that wasn't anything relaxing or comfortable to stay in. The bathroom had old dead bugs on the ceiling, along with one tiny bar of cheap soap for bathing. No conditioner or shampoo. Towels were old, too. The bed was not comfortable. No box spring, and the sheets were stiff! You have to ask for new sheets and new towels because the staff does the bare minimum. The TV (32 inch) and furniture were from the 90's... the kitchen was dirty too. The pictures online are deceiving when booking, but the reality is you're getting a 2 star stay. If you would like any sort of breakfast or coffee you'd better get up between the hours of 6am-9am...absolutely ridiculous! If you need assistance or to talk to somebody at the front, good luck. They take thirty minute breaks, every hour. Overall, would not recommend for how expensive it was. Very disappointing!
