Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
As we entered the property there were cockroaches on the floor near the door. Several throughout the home especially in the bathrooms. There were spiders on ceiling in the corners, and we saw ants on one of the beds. We have pics of most all of them. We left immediately, overpaid for a hotel due to it being Labor Day weekend and we are still fighting with VRBO on a proper resolution. Very disappointed in the property and treatment.
