The staff gave me a difficult time at check in. The chip on my credit card did bot work and their card machine did not allow for the visa card to be seiped to pay for the room deposit. It was the most frustrating and complicated check in I have ever encountered. The rooms smelled like mold/must with outdated air conditioning vents. The staff uncomfortably watched us (family of 4) and everyone else in order to enforce their policy of not taking food to your room as apparently it is not allowed. We were leaving for the day when we were abruptly stopped by the cleaning staff for my kids taking an apple and banana on the way out. It was part of their breakfast! I fo not recommend this hotel whatsoever. Ridiculous how you are are made to feel for taking fruit from your own breakfast as if you’re a thief for a “free” breakfast that is supposed to be included in the room fee.

Only complaint was we asked for late checkout (noon) and housekeeping knocked on the door 3x between 11-12.
