Hotels.com is not the best place to book hotels anymore. I did not feel that they took care of me when I had to cancel a reservation (twice this happened, once due to a date error and once die to an accident on the way to the hotel). I got stuck with the cost of two reservations that I did not use. I think I may have had a better experience booking through the hotel directly. They seemed to place the blame on comfort Inn & suites, so if that is true, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel either.

Super friendly staff! Room was clean. We were disappointed in the hot tub. I realize it’s off season for the location, but the hot tub was stinky. Definitely hadn’t been maintained.

Front office was very rude. I have to have infusions every month. I was hooked up to an IV and she told me that I had to come down right away for my drivers license and credit card to stay another night she could not wait until my IV treatment was finished. She said no. I had to stop treatment and get dressed and handle the credit card and license. Never going to stay here again!!!!!

We had 2 King beds so the room is a bit small. It is a accessible room so the bathroom counter is low. Breakfast was ok but they had a policy to not allow to bring breakfast to your room. Not sure the reason behind that policy is but I found it a bit inconvenience as I was stopped by a staff when trying to bring a waffle to the car for my Mom to eat because we needed to leave and so she didn't have enough time to have her breakfast at the table. I felt horrible as I was trying to steal foods. Because of this, the receptionist was giving an unpleasant response when I asked her about the missing "undisturbed card" in our room. That's not professional. However, on the check-in night, the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and professional. I would like to praise him but unfortunately I couldn't get his name as none of the staff had their name tags on their clothes.
