Disappointing stay and poor value for money. Although the hotel and pool were clean, the overall experience was severely lacking. Housekeeping ignored direct requests for fresh sheets and failed to restock basic amenities like toilet paper and lotion. The rooms themselves felt very basic for the price—one room had a non-functional TV, and none of the rooms included a fridge. ​Additionally, the beds were uncomfortable and breakfast was a letdown; the pancakes were cold and hard, and the service was unacceptably slow on the first morning due to understaffing. We also had a distressing encounter with an abusive guest at the pool who was rude to my children. While staff eventually intervened and we received a breakfast refund, the lack of quality and care does not justify a price of £113 per night. I will not be returning.
