The Goldey House with Private Lake Front Patio

The Goldey House is a unique Tudor-style cottage in Huletts Landing on Lake George. The home and property are something out of a fairytale, resting on an acre of green lawn surrounded by the majestic white pines of the Adirondack State Park. 

Walk five minutes down the hill to a walkway that meanders through a fern and cedar grove before it gives way to a private lakeside patio on Lake George. Here, you can relax in the sandy bay and enjoy water activities of your choice.

Lack of important information.

We were not told that the property owner lived in the basement of the house we were renting. We did not expect that the property would be so far from the lake. However, the house was fine, the setting was quiet and the property owner was very pleasant.

Relaxing Lakeside Vacation

The beautiful fairytale like house was big enough for our family of 8 to fit comfortably. The private patio on the lake was perfect for lounging and swimming. We all enjoyed our nights sitting around the fire pit telling ghost stories!

Magical place! 😍

Really enjoyed our vacation, great place to escape into nature and relax by the lake!! I enjoyed the daily walk down to the lake with all the ferns. The house itself is private and well equipped. Lots of seating nooks in the living room to curl up and read. The farmhouse table in the dining room was awesome to get everyone together for dinner! Lauren was super helpful and gave us lots of great pointers for the area. The relaxing vacation that I needed! It was so nice to sit and watch the light change on the mountains across the lake. My son loved exploring in the canoe too!!
