This place exceeded all expectations. Here are various answers to questions I had. Pets: fenced in, very pet friendly. Fishing: Have to get license from Tax Collector on a weekday. Could see fish and crabs right by dock. Pool: truly heated and very enjoyable. Outdoor furniture and grill in great shape and comfortable. We didn’t have kids with us but separate living room, TV and workout equipment in garage would’ve kept them busy. Community was very quiet and friendly. Overall: clean, roomy, and highly recommended. So many extra details and amenities you need to discover all the surprises yourself!

Relaxing & Adventurous Family Stay

The location of the property is awesome! We brought kayaks and were able to fish from the dock, and easily reach the mangrove forest, channel, and grass flats. We saw tons of birds, dolphins, horseshoe crabs, etc.The house was very comfortable for our family of 6. We didn't have to leave for anything but groceries. The pool was wonderful on hot days. Our host was very quick to respond to our questions.

Tranquil waterfront escape

From the moment we walked in, we could feel the serenity of the spacious layout. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable and the rain showers were awesome. We were sorry to leave and would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous Rental

We really needed a place to lay our heads at night. This was the perfect fit. The beach outside in the back is perfect to lay out or sit and have your morning coffee. The kitchen has all the things you’d need if you were making your own food. Beds were comfy, kids loved the bunk bed room! I’d say the only con was showering/bathing. While the bathrooms are absolutely stunning and water pressure is amazing, the hot water only lasts for about 8-10 minutes. Hard to get a full shower (washing your hair/shaving) with enough hot water. Otherwise this property is large and perfect for vacationing with all the amenities you’d want! The host is super easy to contact and quick to respond. We will 100% rent again as we often visit the area. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

Awesome Place!

Jennifer was a phenomenal host! The place is beautiful and up to date! I would highly recommend her place to all. The location is great and we were able to keep our boat and kayaks right at the dock in the canal. By boat, it took just a few minutes to get out to the gulf! My son caught flounder right off the dock! Don’t miss out and be sure to book your stay!
