There are several tennis (or pickleball) courts, a large heated pool, many lounge chairs and tables/ chairs with umbrellas, charcoal grills and picnic tables. The club room has large screen tv, game tables, separate weight, cardio gyms, and locker rooms.
There are many restaurants, stores businesses nearby. A marina is next door by water or around the corner on old Dixie hwy via sea ranch dr. Several state and local parks are very close including salt springs and weeki wachee. See mermaids or paddle gulf inlets in a kayak.

Loved staying in the condo! Was a quiet and much needed break for the family. We were close enough to Tampa attractions to do those but far enough away to get away from the hustle and bustle of a city. We highly recommend a day trip to Tarpon Springs if you stay here.

Perfect vacation house! Steps away from Point Park, Walnut Beach and Historic Bridge St.

This is our 2nd time staying at this home because the location is perfect. Communication is always great and there is plenty of room for 6 adults. If you have young children, this would be a great place to stay! Clean, bright with comfortable furniture and beds. We’ll definitely stay here again!
