For a discount hotel, this was a very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. It was a great touch to have a coffee bar in the lobby. I’ve stayed at much more expensive places that did not have this type of amenity.

Neighborhood

The hotel itself was excellent - comfortable, roomy, clean and quiet. However, it is not a walkable neighborhood! There aren't any good restaurants, coffee shops, or grocery stores within walking distance.

Only good thing about this stay was the breakfast. I had to call the front desk twice (and I had been biting my tongue for an hour when i finally did) to complain about the noise from upstairs. Sounded like an obstacle course with kids jumping and running until 11pm, started back up at 6am!!! And let’s not talk about the pool. So much chlorine in there my kids didn’t want to stay more than 5 minutes. And I can usually never get them out of a pool. My 4 yo old even threw up when we got to the room. Get it together!!
