Rooms did not appear as they were marketed in pictures. However with the marketing you will book it at the cheap rate available, only to arrive and see the place is not as expected . Only to be told your booking is non-refundable....Rooms, common areas, and exterior in shameful amounts of disrepair. Front desk staff was there, but just watching TV the whole time. Would not recommend.

The hot tub jets did not work well. The refrigerator in the room was frozen and did not work. The shower was one stream and uncomfortable. The breakfast food was stale or past its expiration date. I did appreciate being able to bring my cats though. Overall it was the least enjoyable stay I've had.

I’m not one to complain, but I’m making an exception. We booked through Expedia for $117 and ended up being charged $158. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned. My SIL said the hot tub had a layer of buildup. “Breakfast” consisted of waffles, coffee and juice. Definitely would not return.

Had to literally call someone on the phone to come to front desk to check in, window missing in or open in food area because air was off in lobby area. Most importantly killed cockroaches in our room - very disgusting! Broken glass in parking lot - definitely went down hill from the previous year and there was no breakfast. Ice machine not working… list just kept adding up - felt like we should have got our money back or should have been told about the property. Plus the property going thru remodel - not told about that either.

We are not picky travelers. In town for the races and don’t need anything special. We have stayed here in the past but this place continues to go down hill. The ceiling has cracks, the ac doesn’t work, and there is no smoke detector. The wires where the smoke detector goes are hanging there and that’s it. The bed wasn’t even made. The sheet was just thrown on, the wrong way, and the cover over the top of it. Do not recommend.
