This beautifully appointed lakefront home offers 3 bedrooms, 1 flex room, and 4 full bathrooms. The main level features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with a stunning kitchen and a cozy living room that opens to breathtaking lake views.
Main level master bedroom has king bed and attached bathroom with tub a shower; guest bedroom has a queen bed. Hall bathroom has a shower.

The lower level includes a foosball table, an additional bedroom, the flex room (perfect as an extra sleeping area), and 2 more bathrooms, providing ample space and privacy for everyone. There's also a nice family room with fireplace and TV, and a wet bar.
Lower level bedroom #1 has queen bed and attached bathroom (shared with lower level) with tub & shower; guest bedroom has 2 full beds. Hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

2 gas fireplaces available to take in the peaceful lake atmosphere October - April.

Step outside to enjoy a screened porch with gorgeous tongue & groove ceiling - perfect for coffee at sunrise! After a day out on the water, relax on the patio by the gas fire table, or take a dip in the hot tub!

Fire up the gas grill for outdoor dining, or head to the spacious, private dock to enjoy gorgeous views of Smith Mountain! Walk to dock is gentle and offers concrete pathway. The dock is perfect for both SUN & SHADE lovers - complete with a large gazebo over the water, lounge chairs and bar area with mini fridge. Floating dock with tie-up space, lights, and electricity. An outdoor shower makes rinsing off after a day on the water easy and convenient. Sorry, covered boat slips not available for tenant use.

Adventure awaits with a kayak and two inflatable paddleboards provided. Basketball goal in the driveway for some additional fun.

If you are placing your reservation thru VRBO or one of the Expedia channels and your anticipated visit is more than 90 days away, you will see 2 separate charges within 72 hours of placing your booking. CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.
