Located at The Pointe, inside of Mariners Landing! This 2BR, 2BA Condo has everything you need for your next stay at Smith Mountain Lake! This unit is located in building 2, conveniently located on the ground level, this unit offers a beautiful view and easy access to the pool, boat rentals, and the lake—right outside your balcony.

This unit offers queen size beds in both of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a TV with cable.

The Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. It's equipped with dishware, utensils, appliances, etc. Included in the kitchen: coffee, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and dishwasher pod.

All linens are included in the rental. You'll just need to bring your beach towels for the pools. We also provide some small toiletries for your convenience. There's a washer/dryer in the unit. Laundry detergent is not included.



 There's a fireplace for those chilly mornings/evenings in the fall and winter months.
