The room had a dis-used smell on entry even with the window open it was also very warm (checked in at 2200) bedding was clean but with some sign of old stains, disappointing to find no hanging rail in the room and no where to hang clothes. Free self service continental breakfast and help your self coffee machine. Over all it was handy location and accepted pets.

Our room was clean and tidy with all of the amenities i would have expected in a budget hotel. There were a few minor issues with the room which needed repair and which we reported when we let. Neither had any major impact on our stay.

I paid for an executive room for 3 nights, it wasn't what I was expecting, really basic, no extras, not even shampoo. Bed was rock hard. No restaurant, even though it says there is one on the building, the £11 breakfast was cereal yoghurt and fruit. Staff were helpful, in the first room I was assigned the toilet seat wasn't attached to the toilet... They moved us to another room, but it really wasn't a good night's sleep. Told them my unhappiness and they gave us a refund on the other 2 nights and we left after the first. If you're after really basic it's ok, but defintely not executive.

Very poor upkeep of building and rooms. Room was unclean and very dilapidated. Paid £9 for breakfast which was a tiny plate of mini muffins and mini croissants to choose from. Drinks machine with only tea cups available which meant the contents ran out into the machine and spilled over. Would definitely not recommend staying here.

The room we had was spacious . However bed was tucked into a little corner . One side of bed space was narrow so no bedside table , you had to duck down to get passed because of ceiling and bed frame was apart in the middle so kept catching toes . The toilet flush was poor, had to flush many time to get tissue to go.
