房間內空間大，適合親子，早餐提供餐卷抵用附近早餐店的消費，該早餐店的銷售單價頗高，且主要為美式早餐，對喜好台式早餐的人並不划算。附近主要是住宅區，逛街購物機能較差，建議要自備交通工具。
