Our first night the hotel was completely empty, not a good sign. Good Bed was excellent Pool was lovely Staff were friendly if you could find them Breakfast was good, a lot of food, average quality Bad Situated at the end of the beach, no access to beach. Super staff!

The hotel is great. Best is the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The best during my stay in Thailand! The resort is well designed and maintained as well. Breakfast was lovely! It is a little hard to find at night though. Google map insisted on taking us to a place called blue beach resort, a sketch place to go to at night. The showers need some improvement. They spray water everywhere.

Great Hotel

Lovely hotel with a fantastic swimming pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a decent size, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Free bicycles. Only 2 drawbacks, one there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and two the hotel is a bit of a distance away from restaurants and shops you need to have some kind of transport.

Worth a visit

Stayed here for three nights Feb 2015. Apart from some difficulty getting there, Sam Roi Yot Beach is no where near to Sam Roi Yot town, no matter what the bus driver says!! The resort sent their driver to collect us. The resort is located at the south end of the beach, which is the only part that is 'developed'. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. The A/C works well and runs quietly. The bathroom. again very clean has a good shower. There is a large clean swimming pool with sun loungers. There is a kiddies splash pool sectioned off for the main one. The resort is family friendly. The staff are really friendly and they can help you out by arranging trips. I highly recommend Khao Daeng Canal boat trip and the Phraya Nakhon cave. The hotel can provide a driver. Definitely worth a stay. Breakfast was a bit limited, but ok. The only suggestion I would make is maybe a play area for the kids would be worth considering.

Nice pool, near Koah Sam Roi Yot National Park

Their pool is the biggest pool we had in Thailand. It was warm and sun on it most of the day. The beach is across the road, a little walk and it's not very clean. Not sure if people swim there often. Service of hotel was great! Breakfast was fine, nothing fancy but the same American Breakfast we had across all of Thailand. We rented a scooter and visited Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park. A short drive away and the park is spread out with different locations for each attraction. A scooter was ideal. We wanted a hotel near the park and it met all our needs. A mini bus that went to Bangkok picked us up at the hotel so super easy. About a 4 hour drive with a few stops and a snack stop too. Hotel arranged the van for I believe 300 baht/person. You can request the area where you want to be dropped off. Overall good stay, maybe a little pricey for us but met all our needs.

Careful the owner show you "face"

The owner of this hotel is Thai Chinese. They show favouritism between different national guests. The owner smiles and courteously ask how you feel if you are a whites. If you are NOT a whites. Then expected to see the owner (a young girl) show you "face" and with a impatient attitude.
