My Dad has stayed here for the last 10 years over the holidays, usually everything is good. But the renovations still aren’t done going on year 3…I believe, the lobby looks great! No lounge chairs in room anymore, was told they were thrown out & not replaced yet. The pool is always cold & unfortunately the breakfast was cold every morning & on the 3rd day there was hair in the potatoes. Staff doesn’t have hair pulled back or in nets. The hotel wasn’t busy at all, so this stay wasn’t the best but we will be back! Love the convenience of the mall & easy to get too.

Was not a great stay only the check in. The staff was great but very young girls running it with only one on shift at a time. We were in suite on third floor and at 12:00 am a man proceeded to beat on door next to us yelling safety check and he was calling police. I stepped out and he said the person was suicidal. I had my 10 year old granddaughter and my daughters with me. Everyone was terrified. This proceeded for over an hour and a half. We switched rooms and was terrified. My granddaughter has a gymnastic competition at 8am. Our stay was ruined. The floor should have been evacuated. If the person shot it could have went through the walls and no one needs to witness this. My sympathy goes out to the person and family but my stay was terrible.

The staff who was on duty when we checked in was very pleasant and friendly. The young lady in the morning not so much.The drain in our room needed cleaning. I took a shower only to have standing water up to my ankles, not my idea of a clean space.

Great service, unclean hotel overall

Max, the receptionist, was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast was well stocked and I could tell the woman running it took pride in her work, and was very friendly, even towards the kids. The pool area didn't have many towels for guests to use (after 9pm so maybe they had just run out for the day.) There was no bedding in our room for the sofa bed but Max was quick to grab me some when I asked. We booked a suite room for our family of 8 and the floors were pretty gross and the room definitely needs a deep cleaning. The hotel itself could use a deep cleaning or at least cleaning to baseboards and flooring ( the things that people notice when they are hoping not to bring bugs home with them!) Overall, Id rank the stay a 7.5 because Max was very kind and intentional in her welcoming of guests and I know it's not her job to keep the hotel clean. Id only return if we couldnt find a hotel closer to our destination next time because I'm a germaphobe and the bathrooms and cleanliness is a big deal for my family.
