Comfortable and Convenient

Your family will be close to everything in Livingston County. You have private access to the basement apartment in our family home. 2-bedroom, one full bath, sitting area. Room with a queen bed, a separate room with a bunk bed and trundle for up to 3 additional people. A spacious sitting room with smart TV, dining table, mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig. THE AREA We are located on 22 acres of wooded walkable property with a pond, stream a mile from Walmart, Meijer, Taco bell, KFC, Applebee's, BWW's, Subway, and Hobby Lobby. GUEST ACCESS Currently, it is a walkout entrance in the back of the house without a designated path. You will be walking in mowed grass to get to the door. As we continue to improve, we plan to add a paved path. We love people, but are a quite family, we can have as little or as much interactions as you want, with separate entrance and separate space, you can stay for a week and never see us once. I hope to be able to at least introduce ourselves.

Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned apartment. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer.
