It was perfect space for an overnight stop in Brighton. Facilities were good. Check in details we're sent quite late in the day.

The building was shabby and grubby. The stair carpets were dirty. I was unhappy to find that the flat was on the top floor as there was no indication of this in the advert and after a six hour journey I was dismayed to be faced with 39 steps and a hole in the ceiling. The host was uncommunicative and didn't answer any of my messages or voice mails until the last minute. However, I did sleep well as the bed was comfortable and the bed linen fresh and clean.

Review

We really enjoyed the location. It had a great neighbourhood feel and there were lots of good cafes and restaurants within steps of the flat. In spite of the fact it is small, the ceilings were high. It was close to the beach in a section that aren't as crowded. It is in the top floor so there are a lot of stairs to carry a large suitcase up.
