Given the price, you get outstanding customer service, I stayed in a huge bedroom, lots of toiletries, tea, coffee etc, bedding changed and is clean, nothing was too much work for the amazing staff that were super polite and professional. You can pay double their price and get none of the above mentioned at soo many mid - level hotels

The staff was nice but my brother was bit by bed bugs and there was ever-increasing debris in the hallway outside our room. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

The place was clean and the hotel is placed in a very quiet area. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, pubs within walking distance and it's also close to the train station where you could easily catch a train to go to other places. However we didn't have an entirely pleasant stay. The room we were staying in was pretty cold and when we asked about it at the reception we were told either that it's automated and there's nothing they can do, or that they will turn on the heat (the room was still cold). By the time someone came to check and realised the heating wasn't working we were already halfway through our stay. We weren't even given an extra comforter/blanket when we requested it.

Clean tidy extremely helpful staff,we had an issue with the tv,in the room,maintenance chap, changed it straight away with a new smart tv,very pleasing stay,there was plenty of parking outside the hotel zone c.definately visit again.

Very helpful friendly staff will do anything for you my room was fine, bathroom fine ,water red hot,,bed and pillows very comfortable ,its great value for money, very close to all shops restaurants of hove and two mins from the sea , i will definitely use again

The room was dirty,no towel rail,no toilet roll holder,shower not attached to the wall, had to kneel down to wash ,hot tap in sink constantly running, cold tap was faulty,no bath mat ,curtain rail hanging off in main bed area, beds were so uncomfortable,stains on walls ,no television ,no bedside lights ,just a terrible hotel ,in a nice area There was a kettle and tea and coffee no teaspoons nothing was replaced on a daily basis this is most definitely a hotel we will not stay at again need a major overhaul to be classed as a hotel and not a doss house
