Great house, but high costs

Great house in nice location, nothing to complain about the house or the stay itself. However, the final expenditure costs for water, electricity and heating were extremely high imo (about 1/3 of rental price itself). This was despite the fact that thermostate was never higher than 18 degrees and heating was on only in the living room...I think this should be made more clear with reservation.

The house is in need of various fixes and updates. There's an odor of mold in various rooms. The plus is the closed of garden.

Prettige ervaring

Traumhaus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger ländlicher Gegend

Zeer compleet ingericht huis in rustige omgeving
