The lady at the front desk was very rude and showed racist behavior. My husband and I were supposed to have a relaxing weekend, but her bad attitude ruined our arrival. I had already checked in on my phone, and when I arrived just to get my key, she ignored me and left me with my hand out when I tried to give her my ID. When I asked about breakfast hours, she rudely said she couldn’t tell me until I finished check-in. Then another guest of a different nationality walked in, and she greeted him kindly and even started helping him before finishing with me — giving him all the information about the pool and breakfast without him even asking. If I hadn’t paid online, I would have left right after her first rude comment. Terrible first impression.

The property was very clean and had a very clean smell. Beds are comfortable and rooms are nice and clean. When I stepped into the building- I had a good vibe. Only thing is , they had great food options, but the preparation is bad. I had pepper poppers and fries- they had to put them in the oven, which I did not mind….but when I got it- the food was over cooked. Hard and burnt! But, overall a very nice stay. I would definitely go back!

Not super organized

Check in took a long time because the key didn't work. When my husband finally got in the room, there was a mystery bag. Staff swore the room wasn't double booked, but we woke up at night to some guy (presumably the iwnee of the bag) knocking on the door saying it was his room. Just a bit chaotic.

The staff was great at check in. Had a very large, clean room. Had a small issue with a light flickering in our bathroom and maintenance was quick to arrive and fix the issue. The only complaint I have is that the pool was quite chilly and the hot tub was out of service which is one of the reassons I had chosen this location was for the hot tub.

Didnt use internet, but was disappointed the tv didnt come with netflix option, it was just direct TV, nothing worth watching on a Saturday night, plus the pool, which i really was looking forward to, was "closed indefinitely " according to the front desk person, and the morning manager wasn't very friendly. Oh, breakfast was supposed to be over at 11am, i went down at 1030 and it was all pretty much cleaned up. Wont be back to stay if i need a room.
