We found two roaches in our room after we checked in. We went to the front desk and no one was there. We contacted Expedia to ask for a refund for that night and the next night that we had booked. Expedia said they spoke to an employee there named Drew who wasn’t authorized to give a refund. We then left and had to find another hotel around midnight. When we reached back out during the day, they said they would not give us a refund.

Muy mala experiencia les pedi un rembolso el cual se negaron diciendome que nada mas un dia me podian rembolsar y el cual jamas me llego deje el hotel por que dijeron que tenia que salirme para que me diera el rembolso y jamas me lo dieron. Hotel muy mal estado elevador huele a puros orines, el cuarto con cucarachas, la cama olia a pura humedad , tina con hongos por la humedad el baño olia a cañeria cucaracha en la cama y en la estufa de la cocina y todavia se negaron a darme un rembolso y no solo eso me cambiaron de habitavion y tambien tenia cucarachas. Cuando solicite mi cambio argumentaron que la vucaracha yo podia traerla en mi maleta.

Very disgusting. Do not recommend! There was yellow and brown stains on the sheets. There was homeless people hanginging out front the hotel 24/7 bugging people on the way in. The entire hotel stinks with all different types of weird smells.

Latoya checked us in and did an amazing job. Extremely friendly and efficient to be so late Saturday morning found out shower head sends water to top of ceiling and all over floor. The commode if you didn’t pull up handle after it would keep running in fact it was running when we entered the first time. Lots of wasted water House keepers should noticed both toilet and tub if they cleaned them Room was spotless though. We left room door keys on the table next to TV

I would never stay again even if it was offered for free. I am at a lost how this place is rate 7.0. Sheet was dirty, the bathroom didn’t even have a soap bar I had to call to get one, the WiFi was crap and I can go on and on

Ok and convenient if you have extra money

Everything was great until we had to buy cooking utensils that were supposed to be included and towels because they ran out of towels after the first night and said they wouldn't have anymore until Monday because they were under staffed. What if I didn't have any extra money?
