Stay comfortably in Houston at this 1-bedroom guest quarters. Nestled close to all the action along the Washington corridor i.e. restaurants, bars etc. lots of entertainment venues in walking distance. This property offers WiFi, Good AC, & heating for a pleasant stay. The bedroom is cozy and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. This is located towards the back of the property. You may still get some of the noise from Washington Street or the bars close by. This location is close in and offers easy access to most inner loop locations! This guest quarters was just completely redone and put on the market. The floors are a little unlevel, but adds charm and is super cute!

For long term stays maid service is not provided. You will have to take sheets to the laundromat yourself. Additional supplies can be purchased at Walmart nearby.
A kitchenette is outfitted with a refrigerator and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a desk and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.
