1. I was booked into a room that when I dropped my bags off, did not appear clean, but wasn’t sure.
2. I had to immediately leave, but I asked the clerk to check the room and make sure it had been cleaned.
3. When I got in late that evening and went to the room it had not been clean and I found trash, dirty towels, and food partially eaten.
4. I then had to go downstairs sand in line when I was tired that evening to get another room
5. I was upgraded to another room, but I just assume had my first room and not had to go through the hassle.
6. I then went down the hall to get ice only to find that the icemaker wasn’t working. There was a note to go up to the next floor. I went up to the next floor to find that icemaker also not working so then I went to another floor and found the same problem. I then went down to the clerk who opened the kitchen and got some ice the next morning as I was leaving I decided to get some ice from the area where breakfast was served. There was no ice there either.
