Comfy and quaint

This was an amazing experience. The apartment was a luxury apartment. It’s beautifully decorated. The bed is super comfortable. It has a washer and dryer, dishes, and dishwasher. The host was great with communication and super friendly. She constantly made sure all our needs were being met. Super amazing trip! Would give more than 5 stars if we could

Terrible experience booking here. We flew in from Michigan for my aunts funeral and were booked to stay 3 days. Me, my husband and our 2 kids. Once we arrived at the property we couldn’t get the host to respond and we were never given any information on how to access the rental. After 3 hours on the phone with Vrbo and dealing with a cranky 5 year and 18 month old we finally cancelled the reservation completely and we were then left with no place to stay at 8pm that night…which also took awhile to figure out because the Ironman competition happened to be in town. Vrbo couldn’t reach the host either. I had tried to reach the host a few times before our stay was to start too and no luck! Then I see now, after the fact and the day after our reservation was supposed to start the host notes that this property has a struck minimum age requirement….REALLY…we saw plenty of little kids toys and bikes in front of many of the units while waiting around for hours for the host to do something! Terrible communication, misleading listing and insanely unprofessional
