Welcome to our spacious 4‑bedroom, 2.5‑bath family home in a quiet Missouri City neighborhood, just southwest of Houston. With sleeping space for up to eight guests, it’s the perfect retreat for families, business travelers or a group of friends. The house features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances and a dining table for family meals. Relax in the comfortable living room with smart TV and high‑speed Wi‑Fi, or unwind in the fenced backyard with patio seating.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished: a king suite, two rooms with queen beds, and a twin room ideal for kids. Fresh linens, towels, and toiletries are provided, and both full bathrooms have a combination tub/shower and hair dryers. Additional conveniences include central air conditioning and heat, a washer/dryer, iron and board, ample closet space, and driveway parking.

Our location puts you close to grocery stores, restaurants and walking trails. Downtown Houston, museums and sporting events are about 25 minutes away. No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.

Noise must be kept to a minimum, especially after 10 PM (city noise ordinance applies).

4. Smoking, Vaping, & Substances
No smoking or vaping inside the home. A $250 fine applies for violations.

Smoking permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

No illegal drugs or substances on the premises.

5. Pets

Please leave the home in a tidy condition.

Dishes should be washed or loaded in the dishwasher.

Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
